Last Call for 2010 Weekly Blog Themes

Well, it's mid-November, and the time of year when us bloggers are thinking of making changes for our 2010 blogs. This past year has been somewhat experimental for me, as it was my first "real" attempt at blogging about books. I'd say it's been a successful year! I've had a lot of great feedback from my readers and an now looking for even more! Earlier in the Fall, I asked for readers' input about my 2010 blog themes, so that you can see a topic that you're looking for to appear at some point in the new year. This is the last call for theme ideas - you have until Saturday, November 21 to make your requests and then I need to put my planning into the final stage. I typically prepare my posts a week ahead of when they'll actually show up online and because many of the books have to be inter-library loaned, it takes some time to get them in. Below, you'll find details about my new plan so you really understand what I'm looking to do. Please note, I am going to try and fulfill at least one of each reader's requests, if not more, so don't hestitate to submit a few!

Over the course of the past year, you have seen daily themed reviews, all of which center around one piece of information from that day in history.

After much consideration, I've decided that next year's (2010) highlight will be "52 Weeks of Themes." I want to have you, my readers, actively involved - telling me what you want to see, so that my blog becomes of essence and help when you are planning your own curriculums.

I have come up with a list of 82 possible themese to feature and now, I'm asking my readers to take a look over the list and then drop me an e-mail, kateh12783@hotmail.com or comment on this post telling me which themes you'd like to see... they don't need to be the ones I've listed - if you've got something else in mind, please, please, please let me know!
